I have to say that I liked this book a lot more than I thought I would. I am thankful my mother was not driven like this woman was or it would’ve been a war zone at my house my entire childhood.

I like that she was dedicated to her children. Maybe a little too business minded for a lot of people but she was trying to do what she thought best for her girls.

Parts that bothered me was forcing the kids to practice while sick or tired. This was a bit much imo. I hate working when I am not feeling well and equate practices to work for kids. I can’t imagine how miserable it would be to play with the flu, lol.
